The Society for Citizens’ Reports does more than its name says:
We organise and conduct dialogue with and participation of citizens, personnel, members, clients and customers etc.
Participation means many things, from information over dialogue, discussion and debate to co-decision. Citizens’ Reports were our first services and they are to be one of our core services.
These methods are aiming at the solution of problems and conflicts in state and communes, companies and organisations. The practical life and work experience and knowledge of many different people is used to get a realistic picture of the problem and situation and many suggestions which are inventive but also practicable and comprehensible.
Each problem and each situation requires a method and approach tailored individually. We develop new concepts and customise established and well-tried methods and systems.

Our methods and concepts are applicable to most topics, but there are some fields where we have particular expertise and experience, for example: health, consumer affairs, city and town planning and development, organisational and personnel development, and communication.
