Depending on each task we form a task force consisting of various experts (the majority of them working on a freelance basis) with experience in methods of citizens’ participation, e. g. architects and town planners, environmental psychologists, sociologists, geographers and psychologists.

With partners in many European countries we are able to organise and to realise participation and dialogue projects in many countries and on European and international level, too. 

For one of our Citizens’ Reports we have co-ordinated, managed and organised:

• 21 staff
• 114 experts
• more than 400 participating citizens

This organisation is built up when and as long as it is necessary. Our customers profit from this: they don’t pay for a lot of overheads and idle time costs.
